1. How long will it take for the repair ?
Most of the repairs are carried out within complete repairs within 2-5 working. If we need to diagnose the fault or repair multipal faults this can delay the repair turn around time. Customers will be updated on there repair status via email.
2. How can I send my device for a repair to you ?
Please view our website to find your model make and model and the repair servcie required. Once you have found place othe service you need you can order online or request a bespoke repair quote using the quote request form.

3. How will you return my Dell product rafter repair ?
Once your repair has been completed and tested we will return to you by royal mail special delivery. This is a signed for and insured next day delivery service to the address of your choice. Please note that if you make your final payment on a Friday your item may not be dispatched back to you until Monday.
4. Do you offer a warranty ?
All parts that we replace come with a 12 month warranty for your peace of mind.
5. Will I lose my Data during my repair ?
We try our very best to save your data on request but we cannot guarantee this as on occasion a repair may require a device restore. We would recommend that you backup Dell item before sending for repair. Also remove any memory cards for your own safe keeping.
