Step 3- Make your payment securely Online
- Once we have repaired your device you will be contacted via email or phone requesting the final payment for your repair. We will then arrange the return of your item to an address or you choice.
Use our online system to make the payment via our customer login, these details will be given to you once you have booked in your repair.
Making payments to us is easy and secure you can do this via PayPal, Credit or Debit Card over the phone and in the customer login area.
All Repairs are fully tested on completion of repair to ensure good quality control.

WALK IN MOBILE PHONE AND COMPUTER REPAIR SERVICE
- We can normally get you in and out in 60 minutes with some models of mobiles taking only 20 minutes. Certain devices Dell laptops repairs, tablets and PDA repairs, can take a slightly longer.
- If we upudate software of flash your Dell device or mobile, any data/information not stored on the memory will be probably be removed – be sure to back up your device if need be ! Back up service available in some cases depending on the repair fault.
- We only repair the fault that your Dell product came in for, if we repair any item and find it has additional problems will give you a quote separately for the additional faults found in rare cases. This may happen if you are unsure of the fault and have booked in for a Diagnostic repair.
